(1) 8 ounce Cream Cheese, softened1 ¾ cups shredded Cheddar Cheese (Reserve about ¼ cup to topped with)½ cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard2 teaspoons garlic powder2 tablespoons fresh chopped Chives¼ cup BeerSalt & Pepper to taste (I use ½ teaspoon of each)For the Pretzels:(1) 16.3 ounce can refrigerated Biscuits2 cups water2 tablespoons Baking Soda1 egg + 1 tablespoon water beaten togetherKosher salt to finnish
