Ingredients

(1) 8 ounce Cream Cheese, softened 1 ¾ cups shredded Cheddar Cheese (Reserve about ¼ cup to topped with) ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 tablespoons fresh chopped Chives ¼ cup Beer Salt & Pepper to taste (I use ½ teaspoon of each) For the Pretzels: (1) 16.3 ounce can refrigerated Biscuits 2 cups water 2 tablespoons Baking Soda 1 egg + 1 tablespoon water beaten together Kosher salt to finnish
